MEA-MFT Regional Trainings

MEA-MFT’s regional trainings continue! Members statewide have given these sessions rave reviews, as they learn skills in contracts and collective bargaining, dealing with disputes in the workplace, communicating, and much more.

North Central Regional Training - GREAT FALLS

Feb. 10-11, 2012, Holiday Inn, Great Falls. Download agenda and registration form.

The training begins 5:00 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, with registration and welcoming dinner for all participants. Saturday sessions include the following:

• Help your Local Be All It Can Be

• Understanding and Enforcing Your Contract

• Bargaining Basics 
• Budget Analysis in Montana Schools (School funding and its impact on you.)
• State Employee Bargaining and Pay

South Central Regional Training, BILLINGS

• Montana’s Collective Bargaining Act
• Member Rights, Grievances, & Conflict Resolution
• Treasurers’ Training
• Budget Analysis in Montana Schools (School funding and its impact on you.)
• Negotiation Strategies and Techniques
