Amazing member Lori Thibodeau

MEA-MFT state employee member Lori Thibodeau is a probation and parole officer in Polson.

Lori helps keep Western Montana communities and neighborhoods safe by tracking offenders who have been released from prison.

As past president of her local, the Federation of Probation and Parole, Lori recently helped bargain upward mobility into the contract within the broadband pay system, creating a career ladder for employees for the first time in a decade.

This will make it easier to recruit and retain quality employees for this important job.
